- Take a rest of 5 min. after every 20 to 30 minutes of continuous working and relax your eye tissues.
- Cucumber pieces or Aloevera strips can be kept on eyes during those rests to comfort the eyes and avoid stretching.
- Wash your eyes with cold and clean water several times while working on screens.
- Put some drops of rosewater in your eyes before going to bed to drain all the dust particles and cleanse them.
- Perform some eye exercises that will improve the blood circulation and help to maintain optimum vision.
Exercises for Healthy Eyes
- Roll the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise for 20-30 seconds each.
- Quick blinking for 20-30 seconds after some time intervals.
- Rub your palms for 4 to 5 minutes, partially fold them to make curves and place on your closed eyes.
Home Remedies for Improving Eyesight
1. Almonds
