- You should use a cool-mist humidifier

2. Use of Humidifier
In winter, the heating system can cause the air in your home and dryness of your eyes. Use a humidifier when you are working indoors, it will give moisture to your eyes. If you do not have a humidifier, you can add a water pan to your radiator to add moisture to the air. Reduce the use of fans and hair drivers to protect your eyes and use glasses whenever you are out.
3. Rosewater

For this, take out the gel by plucking the fresh leaves of aloe vera and apply it in the pupils of the eyes with light hands. After 10 minutes wash the eyes thoroughly with lukewarm water. 5. Cucumber Slices
The use of cucumber slices is a classic treatment that is used as a natural treatment for dryness in the eyes. Keep the pieces of cucumber in the freezer to cool for 2 hours. When the pieces of cucumber become very cold, take them out and keep them on your eyes for at least 10 minutes.

Take1 cup of water to boil and when it starts boiling add 2 teaspoons of black tea. Cover it for 20 minutes. When the drink becomes hot, soak a few pieces of cotton and keep it on the eyes. Leave it for 10 minutes and repeat it every day.
6. Keep Distance from Gadgets
Constant reading, watching TV, and using a computer can dry your eyes, so it will be important for you to rest your eyes in order to retain some moisture in your eyes. Keep blinking your eyelids continuously so that there will be moisture in your eyes. Also, heat your palms by rubbing them and keep them on your eyes for some time, this will give you a lot of relief, you can do this method many times while working.
7. Fennel Seeds
Fennel seed possesses anti-inflammatory and calming properties. It helps reduce irritation and inflammation and helps to keep moisture in your eyes. Put a teaspoon of fennel in a cup of water and boil it for 10-15 minutes. After it cools down, soak a cotton cloth in this hot tea and keep it in your eyes. And leave it for at least ten minutes. You should do this 2-3 times per day.
7. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is used to serve various purposes. It contains fatty acids such as lauric and capric acid, which are useful for the skin and hair. They are also highly moisturized and anti-inflammatory, so its use helps in providing instant relief to your dry and itchy eyes. Add a few drops of coconut oil to your eyes. And try to soak this oil by blinking your eyelids. You can use it in the morning and night to get good results.
